I had a fracture in my tibia bone. I visited Dr Akshay as he was a consultant in a hospital near my home. He explained me all the implications of the fracture and timeline of around 3 months for me to heal. He carried out the surgery, surgery was successful and under his guidance within 9 weeks my bone was healed fully. It’s almost 12 weeks since my surgery and now I am able to walk on my own without any Physio therapy.
Dr Akshay listens to all my concerns when ever I had a followup visit and explained if I was overdoing anything or if there was something which I was not doing correctly. Really thankful to the doc and happy that I visited him for the surgery.

Writing this review after knee replacement for my mother… She was suffering from knee pain since few years… Consulted Dr Akshay through my friend’s reference.. Honestly speaking he was very good in understanding the issue and explaining the problem to us.. Particularly in explaining to my old mother.. we were in two minds to go for replacement surgery thinking about the complications but he litrally assured us about the benefits… Now post surgery my mother is absolutely pain free and she is walking without any discomfort.. Was diagnosed with ACL tear post fall and was in lot of pain. The surgeon explained the process in detail with lot of patience. The surgery and the recovery period passed by as comfortable as possible.
